PyQt5 QSpinBox – Adding background image to down arrow for multiple states

In this article we will see how we can set background image to the spin box’s up arrow for its various states. Spin box has two child one is the line edit and other are the up and down button. Up arrow is the internal component of the up button, up arrow is the place arrow displayed, there are basically three states of this one is normal state, second is the hover state i.e when cursor is on the down button and third is the pressed state. In order to do this we have to change the style sheet associated with the spin box, below is the style sheet code

}
This will add three different background image for each state of the up arrow, there are also some additional states like anti-hover (!hover) and anti-pressed(!pressed) these are opposite of hover and pressed state respectively. Below is the implementation
