PyQt5 QListWidget – Getting Alternating Row Color property

In this article we will see how we can get the alternation row color property of the QListWidget. QListWidget is a convenience class that provides a list view with a classic item-based interface for adding and removing items. QListWidget uses an internal model to manage each QListWidgetItem in the list. This property holds whether to draw the background using alternating colors. If this property is true, the item background will be drawn using QPalette.Base and QPalette.AlternateBase otherwise the background will be drawn using the QPalette.Base color. It can be set with the help of setAlternatingRowColors method.
In order to do this we will use alternatingRowColors method with the list widget object. Syntax : list_widget.alternatingRowColors() Argument : It takes no argument Return : It returns bool
